We hope you're happy with your purchase at NOuMAD. However, if for any reason you decide to exchange any of our products, you have several options.

The deadline to request the return of a product purchased online is 14 days natural from the moment the product is received.

For exchanges, you have 30 business days from the date you receive your order to exchange it for another order or a one-year voucher.

• The exchange of a product must always be for another of equal or lower value.

• In the event of an exchange for a product of higher value, the difference must be paid in advance.

You can exchange any product for a voucher with a 1-year expiration date equal to the amount of the product you are exchanging.

For purchases made through our "NOW OR NEVER" PRIVATE SALE, since these are products from previous collections that will not be returning, neither exchanges nor returns are accepted, whether purchased online or in a physical store.
