We trust you're happy with your purchase from NOuMAD. However, if for any reason you decide to exchange one of our products, you have several ways to do so.

The deadline for requesting a refund for an online purchase is 14 days natural from the moment the product is received.

In case of changes, you have 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order to exchange it for another one or a voucher valid for one year.

• The exchange of a product must always be for another of a lower or equal value.

• In case of exchange for a product of higher value, the difference must be paid in advance.

You can exchange any product for a voucher of the same value as the product being exchanged.
