We hope you are happy with your purchase at NOuMAD. However, if for any reason you decide to exchange any of our products, you have several ways to do so.

You have 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order to make the exchange or return. In the case of online purchases, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the time the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal .

• The exchange of a product must always be for another of a lower or equal value.

• In case of exchange for a product of higher value, the difference must be paid in advance.

You can exchange any product for a voucher with a 1-year expiration date for an amount equal to that of the product to be exchanged.
