Care: Due to the artisanal processes of raffia, these bags may be subject to future color variations, tending to darken or change slightly over time. This is due to the natural aging of the fabric, which makes it unique and special.

To maintain the original color as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight. Be careful not to expose your bag to sweat, sunscreen, or any other external agents that could affect it.

Raffia requires very little maintenance. We recommend not carrying your raffia bag when it's raining. Always store it in its appropriate cover and, if possible, stuff it with paper to keep it in shape.

In case of stains or deterioration of the raffia, we recommend taking it to a specialist.

Shipping to Spain is free (for orders over €200). The exact rates are shown in the payment gateway when you enter your shipping address.

In Spain, delivery is estimated between 24 and 48 hours, except during peak season, when delivery is estimated between 2 and 3 business days. Shipping to Europe takes 5 to 7 calendar days (except for pre-orders). We do not ship outside the European Community.

Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment during the following business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. During holiday periods, shipping times may be affected.
